Workout: How to Grow Your Boobs & Shoulders

It's been a hot minute since I posted an article on fitness, but it's finally here. For those of you who aren't following me on Instagram, then you probably don't know that I've finally launched my YouTube channel. I'm super excited about it because it had been a huge dream of mine for years and now it's finally here!

So what is my YouTube channel going to be about? My channel will give you lots of fitness tips, food/recipe tips, fashion tips, beauty tips, and life tips. So go and subscribe!

My first fitness YouTube video is now live on my channel and it's about growing your chest and shoulders. Now I know a lot of women are reluctant when it comes to training chest because they're afraid it's going to flatten their breasts. Well, it's not. Trust me. Training chest alone will not decrease the size of breasts. What might (and I say might) affect their size is weight loss. So if your ultimate goal is losing weight and your training and meal plan are tailored to meet that goal then you'll lose fat. You'll lose fat throughout your entire body, which will also include your tatas (because tatas are FAT). However, don't forget that you can't spot reduce. In other words, you can't control where your body will lose fat. 

Training chest is actually very beneficial for women. Here are a couple of reasons why:

1) Imagine if you were to train everything except chest. Don't you think that would develop muscular imbalances in your body? Well, it would. And you don't want to do that because you want to avoid injury.

2) When training chest you are building your pectoral muscles, which will lift up your breasts and make them sit higher on your chest. Yey to a sexier cleavage! 

3) Did you know that you're using your chest muscles on a daily basis? Just think about grocery shopping, lawn mowing, or moving things. A stronger chest will make those pain-in-the-ass chores a little easier. 

And having nice round shoulders to go with a killer-looking chest has never hurt anyone. So here's my entire chest-shoulder workout. Enjoy!
