So today's blogpost is focused solely on the growth of glutes. In the video below, you'll notice that I'm using a piece of accessory. It's called the hip circle and it's from Sling Shot. It's an absolute amazing tool and is used for hip and glute activation, and dynamic warm-up. Now if you don't own this band (or a similar band), you will still be able to perform all the exercises.
- Banded Lateral Walks (2x 6 steps to the left + 6 steps to the right)
- 12 Banded Squats
- 20 Banded Hip Thrusts
- 20 Side Lying Banded Clams (each side)
- 20 Banded Lateral Leg Raises (each side)
Repeat 4 times (90-sec rest between circuits)
