Last weekend, I was feeling quite unattractive. Because let's be honest, what woman feels attractive when she's 35 weeks pregnant and approaching her due date? Right? I personally haven't met her and I don't think she exists. When you're just a couple of weeks from giving birth, you typically feel big, sluggish and just not human. So what do I do when I feel like that? Well, let's find out...
1. I wear my best clothes
Every time I don't feel like myself, I make sure I put on a killer outfit. It might sound a little superficial at first, but trust mw when I say that clothes have the power to make you look and feel like a superwoman. My current favorite outfits are fitted maxi dresses and a fun top paired with an over-the-bump pencil skirt.
2. I wear my favorite accessories
Never underestimate the power of accessories. They can turn even the most ordinary outfit into something super chic. Lately, I've been obsessed with wooden watches. I find them extremely unique and fashionable and definitely a must-have this summer/fall. My wooden watch is from JORD and I absolutely love it. If you love their watches as well, you should enter my giveaway where you'll have a chance to win a $100 gift code to use on their site. The contest will close 09/16/2018 at 11:59pm CST.
3. I curl my hair
Every woman has her favorite hair style. What's mine? Definitely beachy-looking waves. They just make me feel like a mermaid and I love it.
4. I use self-tanner
Funny thing, but I'd never been a self-tanner kind of gal until very recently. Why? Because I always thought it was super complicated and I always thought I would end up looking like a clown. But ever since I discovered the brand Loving Tan, I've turned into a big self-tanner fan. I just love how confident and attractive I feel with a tanned skin.
And then once I'm all dolled up, I love to take pictures. After all, why wouldn't I take pictures? I rarely look so good from head to toe, haha! Here they are:
